Why is it that the more you sleep the more tired you are? I've gotten almost adequate amounts of sleep the last two nights, but I'm really really tired today for some reason. Even with a one hour nap I'm still fairly out of it and feeling really lazy. One of those seeming oxymorons that we probably won't ever understand. It might also have something to do with the fact that I haven't slept for more than like 4 hours straight in several months. *Sigh*. Some day I'll get to sleep again. Probably just in time to have another baby and start this process all over again.
