Accidental Walk

This morning the horses that live across the street from us were making lots of noise. Noah got all excited and came running down the hall yelling "COWS!" (we're working on that) and wanted to go and see the horses. So we went out the back gate, but the horses were too far back in their yards for us to see. I decided we'd go for a little walk anyway. That little walk ended up with us down at the Sports Park on 700 S and like 2000 W. We didn't have the stroller, or diapers, or water, or my belly brace. We just kind of ended up going for a long walk. Noah played on the slides for a while, kicked some dandelions, got some big semi trucks to honk for him (much to his delight) and then we headed home cuz the weather was looking temperamental. The poor little guy was REALLY tired and starting to drag, so I offered to carry him, and he pretty much collapsed in my arms as soon as I got him up. Poor kid. Overall we ended up walking about 1 1/2 miles, and he did AWESOME.
